Man Eating Plant

I got this idea from a website that I can't find anymore otherwise I would post the link, it takes a fair bit of time due to the paper mache having to dry and fiddling with the flowers.

First I wrapped a kids ball and 2 sml stress balls in plastic bags, this helped hang the balls and covered them with paper mache about 4 layers, when dry I sliced them in half and removed the plastic bags and painted each half then glued 1 half inside the other. The teeth are prongs of plastic forks hot glued on and the pink dangly bit at the back is a water balloon.

An old bunch of fake flowers was pulled apart keeping the wire stems attached and the smaller "heads" were nestled in and glued, I made the collar for the big "head" out of left over petals and green foam. I had the pot already and glued a piece of painted dowel into it and filled with pebbles then glued the remaining flowers and "heads" onto it.

Then it was just a case of covering with fake old mans beard (or Ivy), I cut up an old plastic skeleton and put the bones in the pot. He started to get a bit floppy in the humidity so we propped open his mouth with a big bone.
